F.A.Q.

- Deposit will be refunded if you cancel up to a week berfore the tour
- If I will be forced to cancel I will advise you immediately and you will be completely refunded, check the phone and the email
- If you won’t show up you’ll lose your deposit or you won’t be refunded
- If you won’t show up within 30 minutes of the schedule time you you won’t be refunded

- We can reschedule the tour (also during the same day)
- If you are not scared about the rain no problem, we’ll find the way to take great pictures in any case

- We provide invoices for all of our tours.

- Your camera and the lens that suits better to your style and aims
- A tripod is not essential but it’s suggested for long exposure pictures as the remote control
- Anything else (flash, filters) is up to you
- Consider the weight, we will walk a lot

- No, but if you need a tripod I can land you mine during the stops in order to understand and learn the technique

- If you are a single person we can brief together and decide - If you are a couple or a family you can propose locations that you prefer
- If you are a group and you already have an idea about the different areas I will bring you wherever you prefer
- We are going to avoid touristy areas (St. Marks, Rialto)

- No the end of the tour will be in another spot, but you can come back with me if you are far from you place

- Of course not, everyone that like photography can participate to spend a relaxing day through their hobby enhancing their skills and learning something more about this amazing city

- Unfortunately Venice is not an easy city to explore in these cases. Please contact us in this case.
